Cranberry Mocktail with Ginger Beer

This Cranberry Mocktail recipe is a refreshing nonalcoholic drink for parties! It's made with apple cider, ginger beer, lemon juice, and mint.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberry juice not cranberry juice concentrate
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • ½ cup ginger beer
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • fresh mint for garnish optional
  • fresh cranberries for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Add desired amount ice to a highball or any type of tall glass.
  • Pour ½ cup cranberry juice into the glass.
  • Add ½ cup apple cider to the cranberry juice.
  • Pour ½ cup ginger beer over the cranberry and apple juices.
  • Add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to the glass and stir until combined.
  • To serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves (or fresh herb of choice). Feel free to muddle the mint first to release more mint flavor. Add some fresh cranberries for garnish (optional).

Notes

Feel free to adjust the ingredients to the size of your glass. No matter what size glass is used, there are equal parts cranberry juice, apple cider, and ginger beer.
This recipe is written for one. Feel free to adjust the amounts of ingredients if serving more than one person.
