Spiced Kale Chips
This Spiced Kale Chips recipe is a quick, simple, and healthy snack. It's crispy and can be flavored with any spices you like!

bunch curly kale
spices of your choice - ¼ . of each (I used cumin
smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning)
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and pat the kale dry.
Tear the kale into smaller pieces and place onto three separate roasting pans.
Drizzle 1 Tbsp. olive oil onto each pan. Make sure the kale is lightly coated, but not saturated.
Place all pans in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Check every 5 minutes or so to make sure kale is not burning. Edges should be crispy, but not burnt.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle generous pinch of salt and ¼ tsp. of spice onto each pan of kale. Each pan is sprinkled in a different spice.
Carefully remove the kale chips and serve each kind separately or all together in one bowl.
Choose three of your favorite spices for this recipe.
