Spiced Kale Chips

This Spiced Kale Chips recipe is a quick, simple, and healthy snack. It's crispy and can be flavored with any spices you like!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch curly kale
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 3 tsp. spices of your choice - ¼ . of each (I used cumin smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning)

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash and pat the kale dry.
  • Tear the kale into smaller pieces and place onto three separate roasting pans.
  • Drizzle 1 Tbsp. olive oil onto each pan. Make sure the kale is lightly coated, but not saturated.
  • Place all pans in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Check every 5 minutes or so to make sure kale is not burning. Edges should be crispy, but not burnt.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle generous pinch of salt and ¼ tsp. of spice onto each pan of kale. Each pan is sprinkled in a different spice.
  • Carefully remove the kale chips and serve each kind separately or all together in one bowl.
